The Four Pillars
Every episode is mapped to one of four evidence pillars. Each pillar has a dedicated color, evidence-grade system, and editorial standard.
Diet & Metabolism
Caloric restriction, time-restricted eating, ketogenic protocols, glucose monitoring, mTOR signaling, and metabolic flexibility — graded by evidence tier.

Movement & Recovery
Zone 2 cardio, HIIT, HRV-guided periodization, sauna protocols, cold exposure, and VO₂max optimization — all mechanistically explained.

Mind & Purpose
Meditation neuroimaging, BDNF and exercise, sleep architecture, stress hormesis, and the default mode network — the neuroscience of longevity.

Cutting Edge
Senolytics, rapamycin, NAD+ precursors, epigenetic clocks, gene therapy, and emerging biomarkers — the frontier that data demands we watch carefully.

Evidence Grading System
Every claim carries a grade. We apply the Zero-Overclaim Test — any superlative unsupported by the cited study is removed.
RCT / Large Cohort
Randomized controlled trials and large prospective cohorts. Highest confidence in the evidence hierarchy.
Observational
Observational and epidemiological data. Directional signal present — correlation does not imply causation.
Animal Data
Preclinical animal data. Always includes the species; human translation is explicitly flagged as unconfirmed.
Contested
Conflicting results, methodological concerns, or significant risk of industry-funded bias. Proceed carefully.
